The four-step workflow

From submission to certificate

Material analysis

Step 1 examines composition, surface, and materials to check that the piece matches its description.

Origin verification

Step 2 traces a chain of documentation that links the piece to its recorded origin.

Record matching

Step 3 cross-references the submission against existing records to confirm consistency.

Certificate and token

Step 4 issues a permanent certificate with a linked digital token for secure tracking.

Submission intake

What to send for review

Upload high-resolution photographs, a technical description, and any supporting provenance documents. Submissions are reviewed in the admin dashboard, where approval to list is granted only after authentication is complete.

Submission checklist

Include clear front and detail images, a written description of materials and dimensions, and documentation tracing the piece's origin.

Admins process each authentication and approve items for listing only after all four steps are complete.
