Buyers and sellers each register and verify a profile before any transaction can begin.

Create a buyer or seller account with verified contact details. Login uses secure credentials, and profiles hold only the information needed to trade.

Identity is confirmed before a profile can initiate a purchase, list an item, or receive escrowed funds. Profile changes are logged.

Submitted records and personal identification files are stored under our privacy policy, limited to verification and settlement, and removed on request where law allows.

IAX Art Exchange provides a documentation and escrow service. A verified listing reflects the review completed at the time of certification, not a guarantee of future value or resale return. Each trade is governed by the terms in force on the date of the transaction, including the rights of buyers and sellers within the escrow process.

Jurisdiction is set by the terms accepted at sign-up. Escrow funds are released only when ownership transfer is recorded against the digital token. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice; consult a qualified adviser before trading.
